Booking.com Customer Service Executive interview questions

I applied on the web and 3-4 days later I got an email for an appointment with a recruiter for a phone job interview. The interview went well, and they invited me for a group assestment 4 days later at Booking.com (the new location). We were about 20 candidates... they talked about Booking, and then we did two test. One in the application language, one in English language. I succeded in my application language but for a 2% I didn't pass the english test. So I had to come back to my house!
