Booking.com Customer Service Executive interview questions

I received a phone screening few days after I submit my application, then I was schedule to an one on one interview, and I was very well informed on what is going to happen during interview. On interview day, I took few tests to prove my skill is at adequate level for the company, then I had someone to show me around, and shadow a current employee to see how it is to work at booking.com as a CSE.

The interview process was honestly one of the most calming interviews I have ever had to go through. It was the basic Q & A but it wasn't your basic nerve racking interview. It was like you were talking to a new friend. Everyone I came across/interacted with at booking during my interview was so friendly and open to answer any questions I had about the interview! There was a process in the interview that included having to job shadow a current employee at booking to get a feel for the job and EVERYONE that was in the section where I was job shadowing was so funny and sweet. They made me want to work there! I do have to mention the recruiters I worked with Anya and Jason, they are truly the best! they are so sweet and helpful, they made the interview process 100x easier because they walk you step by step! I am on my way to becoming a CSR and I am so excited to work for Booking.com!!!
