Booking.com Customer Service Executive interview questions

I applied online on the website and I have got a call after one month and half. During the call I have answered to a brief interview, with simple questions about my availability, my motivation etc. They confirmed me for a group assessment. During the group assessment we have introduced ourself telling also about our favourite destination. After that we had two tests, the first in the native language and the second in English. Tests were both tricky and I was very nervous so unfortunately I didn't pass it in my native language. Before get the result we all have spoken with an employee of our language to check if we were native or not. Then we had the company presentation. To pass the test is mandatory to access to the next step: the final interview. I had a nice experience which teached me a lot, I suggest to people to make exercises with tests both English and native.
