I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Dec 2014
Interview
After applying online the company took some time to scan the resumes, and i got a call back from them 2 months later. Due to the high number of applicants, they search specific for criteria that the candidate should meet. Like the background experience relevant to the position, the language skills, and the personal profile ( analyzed during the interview). English test is decisive. If failing the language tests, selection procedure stops there.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Booking.com (Lille) in Apr 2013
Interview
They asked the candidates to sit at a round table. Then, they started introducing themselves and the company. Of course, they asked whether anyone knew sth about the company. Then, there was the english test the candidates had to sit. It was a translation from english to the job-applied language or the reverse. The subject was about a replying letter to customer complaint.
