Poor grammatical errors in documentation, on website and even on BA's website. As an amateur proof reader, (and qualified/experienced teacher!) I was appalled to find, that when I highlighted the errors (in the nicest possible way) I was summarily dismissed... 'we know about the errors!' The role play process was amateurish; this was followed by further mathematical testing... and they give you a calculator to undertake the calculations.... simple addition, subtraction, multiplication! Maybe I'll just stick to the academic world!
