Capital One Administrative Assistant interview questions

First, I had to take a skills and aptitude online test which was a mock of what the role I was applying for would be like. Then, I had a phone interview, and then an in person interview.

Initial contact via e-mail followed-up by a phone interview. Promised some follow-up, however, it's now been over two weeks and no communication. However, there are times the process does take longer, I have interviewed for some positions and they contacted me more than 30 days later because of executive travel.
