I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Feb 2021
Interview
Start off with a take home case. If you pass that, you get a "power day" interview consisting of 2 business cases, (definitely know how to do break-even analysis and profitability) and a product case. The product case is where you can really show off your creative thinking so don't hold back.

Question 1
10 ways to improve a common household good (chair, couch, cabinet, toaster, birdfeeder, etc.)
Final round was a case interview with two cases and one product interview. It wasn't too difficult but interviewers seemed bored. HR was very nice and responsive compared to other companies
3 interviews in the final round (2 basic, 1 product). Was told I did well but not well enough, and unable to receive any helpful/definitive feedback. Interviewers were all men and as I woman I couldn't help but notice that. Weird interview process in general and no one seemed to care about me as a person and my work ethic, though they kept saying that Cap One "finds and cultivates the talent" based on that....
