I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Provo, UT) in Nov 2020
Interview
The recruiting team at Capital One was great at getting things done in a quick amount of time. The furthest I got in the interview process was the virtual portions. It was slightly frustrating that there were so many virtual portions to get to the point of a face-to-face interview especially since most of the virtual interviews were simply you have to choose from a list of options to solve a problem.

They would give different scenarios such as a team asking for help in improving efficiency and you would need to draft a response.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
First round consisted of on-college-campus case interview with a second round that included 3 interviews at Capital One, two case and one product interview. The product interview forced you to think outside the box, and the cases were pretty typical. Each left time for a few behavioral questions. To prepare for the case interviews you could check Case In Point, but I always caution against overpreparing/frameworking! All interviewers were incredibly nice. This was the process pre-COVID.
The round 1 interview is a series of online questions that are a mix of behavioral and skill based. These include "what would you do if..." and usual business questions like balance sheet information and basic math.
