I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capital One in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was very straightforward and enjoyable. It was largely case-based; however, the cases weren't too hard. I interacted with several employees, all of whom were very friendly and great to talk to. I ended up declining my offer, but it seemed like a great place to work.
It was a 3 hour interview with 2 case interviews and 1 product interview. It was a bit challenging. The interviewers were very nice. It was just a very long interview was quite draining.
First round interview was straightforward, there were no specific behavioral questions and the case had simple math. Have a power day coming up so have not finished the process. I anticipate cases will be similar but with more complex math.
Overall pretty easy.
