The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capital One in Oct 2010
Interview
I submitted my resume through career services, and was invited to first round interviews. The interview was a fairly simple 30 minute case study. The case question was about the $5 footlong promotion, and what the company should consider when deciding whether or not to have the promotion. The main point was to analyze revenues and costs with and without the promotion. Within 4 business days I was invited to take the online math and verbal reasoning assessments (which I have yet to do, since I just received the links to the assessments yesterday). I'm assuming if I pass them then I will be invited to site for final round interviews.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capital One in Oct 2010
Interview
The interview consisted of brief introduction, a 30+ minute case, and a few minutes for questions at the end. The case was not too difficult but you do need to be very comfortable with quickly doing simple calculations in front of others. The interviewer gives you quite a few hints along the way. Even though the case is supposedly quantitative, I felt that it was as much a test of "common sense" as it was a test of math.

Question 1
What needs to be considered for a person's credit line?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Capital One (Plano, TX) in Oct 2010
Interview
I applied through my university and then had to take an online math/reasoning test, nothing too hard.
I interviewed on my campus and was given a simple case about credit cards and APR, no behavioral questions at all.
I was given a call that same day that I qualified for final rounds in Plano.
The night before final round interviews, there was a dinner with a few new business analysts (who were not the same as the interviewers) and all applicants from my school (4).
The next day, it was just the 4 of us on the Plano campus. We each had to take another math test (15 questions, easier than first test), 2 case interviews, and 1 behavioral interview.
The case interviews were pretty easy just like the first round one. However, the guy who gave the behavioral interview was very socially awkward and couldn't even form questions correctly. It was definitely not an interactive behavioral type interview. He would just ask the question and I would give the answer to no response.
None of us out of the 4 were given an offer, unfortunately.
