Awesome experience with interview everything was pretty smooth once they called. It does take them a while to call you. Had to do fingerprints as well. Like i said though overall great and easy.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Plano, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
I applied online, took an assessment which was super long. A recruiter called me and I explained my experience and what I’m looking for within the company/position. She liked my answers so she set me up with an interview. She also assisted me with what kind of questions they would ask. That was very helpful. She had set up the interview and it was in 2 weeks (February 20,2020) I had gotten to the interview and checked in with security, a recruiter walked me to the interview room she asked me if I wanted anything to drink I said water and she also showed me the bathroom. The recruiter asked me to let her know if my interviewer didn’t arrive on time. She was late so I called the recruiter saying oh she’s not here yet. She didn’t even apologize neither did the person interviewing me, so unprofessional! I first got the behavioral question interview and it went alright; at that point I was nervous cause she had come in late kinda shows I’m not a priority. Second interview was with a man and he was a supervisor for the position I applied for which was Auto Navigator. Basically it was a job fit interview... I thought it went very well but guess not. This company seems super competitive because both of my aunts are super smart women and they both got turned down here! Whatever, their loss.

I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Applied online, had a screening test online, which included a video online assessment to screen your response, then had an initial interview with the recruiter, and a final interview with a manager that lasted an hour which was a behavioral interview.
