Capital One Cudtomer Service Representative interview questions

2 interviews with two different people and front line manager where they ask you questions to assess fit and skills. It was a straight forward process. The two interviews were done separately and the approach of the questions were similar.

2 rounds, one with Hr and the other one with the manager. If the initial round is passed then you get called it for the second one but my friend couldn't pass the first one due to less experience I believe. He will try again and see how things go hopefully in his favor.
