Capital One Cudtomer Service Representative interview questions

I interviewed through the phone. First, the entire process was really slow. I eventually gave up on the position and found something else. I did have a phone interview before I decided to pursue another company. April interviewed me and seemed very disinterested from question 1. I could hear her kid in the background, so I think she was sidetracked. Hearing her kid didn't bother me, but I feel like you can't judge my interview answers while you're preoccupied with your kid trying to get your attention.
