Interview
First there is an online assessment with personality type questions. Next, a phone interview pretty basic. Light situational questions and talk about past experience. The last part is the in person interview which is basically more of the same. If you prepare and are professional you should do well.

I went into a room and was interviewed by myself asked me about my previous jobs, this was a laid back interview. A lot of what would you do if a customer did this or that type of questions

Interview
You meet with two different people at the main campus in Plano, TX. They ask you several open-ended behavioral style questions. They are wanting you to answer with a situation, a task, an action and the result. The recruiter did send in an email tips to be successful in this style of interview format and it was very helpful. You can also Google behavioral intervies and there are many helpful articles.
