The interview process was pretty straight forward. Had a short and basic phone interview at first. Then was brought down to their Richmond office for final round interviews. Those included a job fit interview, a behavioral interview, and a case interview. The recruiter, interviewers, and other employees I met were all very nice.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Had a connection. Was immediately invited to interview at HQ. Really was not well prepared. Case questions are challenging but not too hard. Behavioral questions sometimes intimidating. The people are very robotic and the HQ is literally in the middle of no where. 3 45 minute interviews and 2 case analysis interviews. Along with a quick tour of the campus. Even the guy that toured me around seemed like he really didn't love his job. I was not offered a position.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Oct 2014
Interview
Took about four weeks. Met with them on campus and had a case interview on campus. The second round interview was at the Richmond location. The interview included three interviews: case, behavioral, and fit.
