Capital One Finance Rotation Associate interview questions

Had a connection. Was immediately invited to interview at HQ. Really was not well prepared. Case questions are challenging but not too hard. Behavioral questions sometimes intimidating. The people are very robotic and the HQ is literally in the middle of no where. 3 45 minute interviews and 2 case analysis interviews. Along with a quick tour of the campus. Even the guy that toured me around seemed like he really didn't love his job. I was not offered a position.

Took about four weeks. Met with them on campus and had a case interview on campus. The second round interview was at the Richmond location. The interview included three interviews: case, behavioral, and fit.
