Interview
Long, repetitive online assessment. Strange amount of questions about how often you're late for work and tons of "did your last manager like you?" questions. After, dozens of questions where you pick the 2 most accurate statements of 3 options (with LOTS of repeating statements). Statements about tardiness, productivity, company loyalty, getting along with coworkers, etc. Felt like if you missed clicking on statements for any subject, then you don't care about that subject, but if you hit every subject, it's like you're trying to beat the assessment.
Not a good way to try and decipher someone's personality and competencies, and too long of a personality assessment.

Interview
The interview process consists of three rounds over approximately three hours, designed to provide a well-rounded evaluation of both technical expertise and team fit. You’ll meet with three different team members, each focusing on a distinct area:
Case Study: A scenario-based discussion to assess your problem-solving approach, analytical thinking, and how you structure real-world security challenges.
Technical Interview: A deep dive into your hands-on knowledge, tools, and methodologies relevant to the role.
Behavioral Interview: A conversation centered on your collaboration style, communication skills, and how you align with the team’s culture and values.
Each session is meant to be conversational and insightful, giving both you and the interviewers a chance to evaluate mutual fit across technical, strategic, and interpersonal dimensions.
Online problem solving exercise, followed by a 3 hour "powerday" with two cases and one product strategy interview. Cases are very numerical, more focus on calculations, and a few creativity based questions as well.
