Capital One interview questions

The interview process was with members of the platform team consisting of four team members. Questions were asked about your job experience, what did you enjoy about your job, what you didn't like about your job, they wanted to know about a situation that was difficult to manage and were you happy with result, why you wanted to work for Capital One. They wanted the questions to be answered in the S TAR format

HR screening is the first step. The HR was nice and helpful and willing to provide as much info as possible. But they need people who are Green Card holder/ US citizen for non-analyst roles so I stopped there.
