The onboarding assessment includes three case studies focused on profit, revenue, and employee-related decisions, requiring analysis and practical recommendations. You will also complete a behavioral test, where you are expected to respond using the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to highlight your problem-solving skills and past experiences. During this portion, you should reference your work experience, emphasizing achievements and challenges you’ve successfully managed. Additionally, you will explain what makes you a great candidate, demonstrating your strengths, adaptability, and fit for the role. The entire assessment is scheduled to take approximately four hours to complete

Completed digital assessment, got invited to first round mini-case. Didn't move on to final round power day. Overall speedy process and they let me know quickly. Not sure how competitive the program typically is but seems pretty competitive.
