Fair. 5 Rounds of Interview. They provide enough information to be successful in the interview.1st there will be phone screening and if you get through that then 5 rounds of onsite interview, one of them will be jobfit interview.

Interview
It was an all day event. I went to the West Creek campus in Richmond at 8:30 and had an assortment of interviews until 3 pm. There were 2 behavioral interviews and 2 job fit interviews, plus you'll have someone take you to lunch at one of the cafeterias on campus. West Creek campus is BEAUTIFUL and where most interviews are conducted.
Expect to communicate clearly about how you approached a situation TECHNICALLY AND BEHAVIORALLY. It is expected that you will have great leadership, communication skills, and initiative to be successful here. So, intend to describe your role in every situation down to the important details.

Interview
Initially I spoke with a recruiter followed by a technical screen by the Hiring Manager. I was brought in for interview which in Capital One's terms is called Power Day. Power Day included 4 different interviewers each 45 minute each. There were 2 behavioral interviews which focused on What If questions and the other 2 were Job Fit interviews which focused on technical questions and your proficiency level.
