I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One in Jan 2016
Interview
I recently did a phone screen for this position, it was the weirdest experience. The interviewer (Satish) was rushing through his technical questions, and it did not feel like he was interesting in listening to my answers. He just acknowledged, 'yes, ok, right' and we zipped through the questions in about 30 minutes. I would say I was B+ - A- level based on the number of questions I answered correctly. I thought I did well at the type because he sounded so positive but looking back, something there was fishy. I never had a chance. Why waste his time or mine...the process is such that HR filters out resumes and passes them on to the hiring manager.
