I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2022
Interview
I received a coding assignment by email which needs to be handed in to get interviews. The question was not very trivial, and the review focused on how the code was structured and whether it was clear and documented. For the actual interview, I needed to describe my code in fine details and answer questions. No LC hards.

Question 1
Tell me a situation when you need to go an extra mile.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (McLean, VA) in Oct 2022
Interview
The process was dysfunctional and probably dishonest. They probably don't have as many real job openings as their postings. They are just fishing for resumes. If you apply, they'll ask you to take a coding test on codesignal.com. If you get a good score, they'll ask you to do 4 interviews with their staff made up of 2 coding tests, 1 design, and 1 psychological.

Question 1
They didn't ask anything about the software development frameworks listed on my resume. They asked for two coding tests in bad faith. The recruiter had set the conditions in email as my choice of programming language. Both coding interviewers had no expectations of offering me a choice and each was surprised when I asked. I had to settle for their choices. With so many different languages in common use, these people had no decency to tell me which ones I was required to code in -- on top of violating their own written conditions.
