First got an OA which has easy-medium-hard questions. Then after a week or two got a reply to schedule their power day interview which consists of 3 back to back interviews consisting of behavioral, technical, and case study.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
Online coding assessment followed by 4.5 hours of back-to-back “Power Day” interviews. An exhausting process, really. Still didn’t fully understand what the role even consisted of. Wouldn’t recommend if you have other options available.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Read this block of code and tell me what output you would get for this input.
I applied it through a recruiter and it was 3 steps.
Overall, it took about 3 weeks and I had positive experiences throughout the interview process
1. Online coding challenge
2. Behavioral interview
3. Technical interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavioral interview was done with typical questions that you would expect (common ones you can find in the internet). One interesting point was the interviewer asked me numerous follow-up questions and try to sync their understanding of my answers.
