I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capital One (Bronx, NY)
Interview
-Online assessment
-Phone interview with HR (well over a month after initially applying, HR was very nice and made you aware that the next round of interviews would have mostly situational questions)
-Interview with a district manager and a manager in the same region I was applying for (but not the same manager I would be working for)
-Final interview with my direct branch manager

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capital One in Jun 2014
Interview
Quick process. Applied online, did assessment for teller, and was called within 2 weeks for an interview. Only one interview was conducted and then they started the hiring process. Very simple. However the interview was with 2 different people, not a traditional panel interview process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
Starts with a phone interview. Then an two on one in person interview. You go to one of their locations (not necessarily the one you've applied for) and there were two managers interviewing a swarm of tellers. Not too formal, but not laid back atmosphere.
