This is CITI TAGUIG, It was a horrible experience, I was applying as a CUSTOMER SOLUTION OFFICER and the lady that did my phone interview was very very very unprofessional. The moment she introduce her self she was unprofessional. Sounded irritated or drunk. It was a 15 - 20mins phone interview and my words she seems tired of what her doing and you'd expect me to deal with your client professionally.....Forget it !!!

Some of the questions was about integrity. It was quite easy if you have work/Call center experience

Interview
It was easy and was in English. For the most part, the interview process was not difficult to follow for the average interviewee. But it turned bad when I was offered a job and was made to wait a whole year and even then they still didn't onboard me. They kept on stating that they would onboard soon but never gave a clear date on when or if ever they would.

The interview process was pretty quick. Three sets of interviews. Each interview took at least 15-20 mins. On the same day, I got a verbal offer from them and emailed me with the subject “Welcome to Citi” and stated that an onboarding specialist will reach out to me in the coming days. That was Sept 8, 2020. And until now, no onboarding specialist has reached out to me.
