Citi Customer Solutions Officer interview questions

I applied thru Job Street. After 1 day, they called me for a scheduled interview and exam the next day. When I arrived, I was interviewed by a recruiter and passed. After that you will be taking an exam. Once you passed that, you will be interviewed ba a hiring manager and another recruiter. They will inform you immediately if you are accepted. Job offer is next.

I applied through a job portal post online and it took them a day to contact me. Invited me for an exam and interview the following day. There will be an initiak interview. Then, I was asked to be transferred to Makati for the next step which is tge online assessment. It took me 1 hour to wait before the test admin called me to register to their system and take the test. After taking the exam, I waited for about 10 mins for the result and then for another hour for the first final interview (because there will be a second final interview with Ops). The recruitment specialist asked me abt the reason I left my jobs, why am I applying to the company and why not go back to your previous employer, had a situational call scenario and then you will be asked if you have anymore questions.
