Citi VP interview questions

Applied online and was reached out by the recruiting coordinator for a phone call with the hiring manager. First interview went well and was supposed to schedule second round with people on the team. Took over a month to schedule a phone interview with one team member who was late and didn't even apologize. However, call went ok. After more than 2 weeks following the last interview, I reached out to recruiter for an update, but I am quite disappointed that it has now been over 3 weeks and haven't heard a word from them. Not a good practice to ghost on candidates, but that is better as it shows that it might not be the best work environment for career professionals.

Several rounds of interviews, by HR, hiring manager, and developers. It was not as formal as GS, where you had to complete some online evaluation before interviewing with the developers.
