I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
There were 3 rounds of interviews:
Recruiter phone interview - regular resume walk through and opportunity to learn a little more about the role
Peer phone interview - opportunity to learn more about role and types of projects that this role would focus on
Hiring manager and hiring manager's peer in person interview - 2 individual 1:1 interviews on site. Learned more about the overall organization and department, and priorities for the role.

Interview
I was scheduled to interview with a handful of individuals for 30min each. When I got there, they were pretty disorganized- had not booked a room for the interview and each interviewer coming in seemed confused about who I’d already met and what the setup was like.
I was asked the same questions over and over again. The worst was that most of the questions focused on the business model of my division in my previous company (a Citi competitor). I felt that this was inappropriate, and it went on and on. The questions were way too detailed for comfort. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I’m sure that by the end, I seemed disinterested.
Easy interview process, after the interview I just didn't feel that this would be a good place for me culturally. The hiring manager was very nice but seemed really clueless and very disorganized, this just really turned me off from the company. Had several other interviews which went great and the team seemed really happy speaking with me.
Ultimately I moved forward with another opportunity just because I didnt feel this was the right place for me. Also a VP title is extremely common at Citi and the pay they offered was equal to an analyst salary at another bank I worked at which was very surprising. Overall the culture paired with the low salary was not appealing to me, people seem nice but frankly I think they are much better options in finance
