Mostly what you would say to customer hat is frustrated or has been on hold for a long time and how you would assure and show empathy

Interview
Easy,pretty much anyone can get passed it with no problems nor hiccups. I was able to go in and leave within a few minutes of my initial interview, the longest thing was the test I had to take which was easy enough to finish.

Interview
It was a Zoom interview online. Very quick, a few questions and role play. One on one and you must use your webcam. The questions were typical interview questions. The interviewer was very professional and friendly.
