Processo seletivo básico com testes de português, raciocínio lógico, redação e digitação e passando nos testes entrevista com o gestor da área em que vai trabalhar. Realizei uma primeira tentativa há 2 semanas e não fui aprovada, recebi uma nova oportunidade para uma nova vaga e fui novamente. Ponto positivo, pois não precisa aguardar algum período para realizar o processo novamente, basta não ser para a mesma vaga.

Muito demorado. Precisa fazer prova, pessoas que claramente erraram passam e outras que acertam são desclassificadas. Teste de digitação também, vi pessoas digitar 15 palavras por minuto passar e pessoas digitar 60 por minutos ser desclassificadas. Vão muito de cara.

I was just thinking about an interview I had. It was with a well known airline for NZ. Now ... apparently I did very well in the actual interview ..i.e. question/answers ...but not so well in the role play. So after the role play I'm filling in what needed to be filled out on this document ... I hadn't finished ... The team leader comes in. I say I just needed to complete filling in the document. Right. ...But the team leader comes ad takes the paper whilst I was still writing and says ...it's o.k.... we won't be needing this ... like ...I was shocked ...he had literally told me I did not get the job ... are you freaken kidding me ...it was so unprofessional ...when they rang to tell me ... I wasn't surprised ... I know there was 'ageism' ... come on people I'm not stupid and I sure wasn't born yesterday ... where I lacked ... in computer work ... could have been learnt thru their training modules ... as they had specific systems for their airline ... I was so disappointed in that teamleader ... I thought he needed to have more customer service training ... He should have waited until I was finished ... anyways ...I know God closes one door to lead me towards where He really wants me to be ... but this interview really made me look at this supposed top NZ airline in a different way ..it was disappointing and very unprofessional ... I would have failed that team leader for sure... .
