Concentrix Customer Service Representative Customer Service Representative interview questions

I had the interview directly in the person's office and not in a separate interview room. Asked relevant questions and told me more about the job. Took me to the working area and got to shadow an agent and then asked me if I see myself doing the same.

HR looking for confidence, English speaking skills, availability. Interview mainly consisting of situation based questions, personality and attitude based questions. Overall easy going interview, nice learning experience and customer dealing experience.
