I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Concentrix
Interview
Two same day interviews. I Sat in a room and asked simple questions like name a time you had a problem and how did you solve it? Then the interviewer gave advice on how to impress the hiring manager. Waited in the room and the hiring manager asked me the same questions. Gave me details of the job and offered a position. Received an email for the background check. No drug test. Very quick hiring process. Another email was sent with details of the training schedule.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Concentrix
Interview
The interview process was very simple. I believe the questions that were asked were similar to prior interviews I've had with previous companies. The recruiter was very nice. I would probably recommend this company to anyone.

Question 1
They ask about a time where I had to deal with an irate customer and how did I solve the issue
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Concentrix (Tempe, AZ) in Mar 2016
Interview
Asked a few in depth questions, spoke in a quiet office, dressed very well, friendly. Overall, lasted about 10 minutes, knew I had the job before I left. The few questions asked were very easy. No surprises, no trick questions. Just dress nice and you basically have the job. Also, a resume is a MUST. They won't talk to you without one.
