Easy. Just 3 stages, 1 test, 1 HR interview, 1 TL interview. They keep you informed about the process the whole time. It doesn't take too long, just 2 weeks. No personalized feedback

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you handled difficult situations
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deel (Ottawa, ON) in May 2024
Interview
I only did the recruiter video interview, but she mentioned that there would be about 4 stages. The next stage, immediately after the first, is a data analysis case study with a turnaround time of about 2-3 days.
My interview was at 7 a.m. EST, the latest time on the interviewer's calendar, so it was quite inconvenient for me as she is using Portugal time. She was very condescending towards me. She banalized my work experience and basically said my 7 years of experience would only fit their junior-level position. Her fake smiles didn't even help matters. I wonder why she bothered to interview me if this is the treatment I was going to get!
The interviewer used some psychological tactics to first spoil my self-esteem, then quickly went on to ask about compensation so that with the low feeling, you would then give a low salary range. I've had great interviews and can tell the difference between a great recruiter who loves their job, and one who only treats candidates like nothing but a KPI/Metric.
I can tell that the culture at Deel is a very negative one. I can't believe I once dreamed about being employed here. I will never apply to them again.
