Deel interview questions

I had an interview with a recruiter and then got an assignment with 2 days to complete it (challenging when you already work full time). I had to prospect a company, answer some questions, write an email and record a follow up video message. A week later, I had interviews with 2 regional directors, a team leader and an AE. This included a cold call simulation. The AE didn't show up. The interview questions were being read from a list. The whole experience felt rushed and robotic. Regardless, I put 100% effort into it, even taking a day off work to interview. I'm an experienced, top-performing SDR who's worked in SaaS for 4 years, I thought I had a pretty good chance of getting the job. I got a phone call saying that I "wasn't convincing enough" and that I should have presented a "3, 6 and 9 month plan" of how I would have been successful in the role. Massively disappointing, seems like they don't know what they're looking for. Everyone who interviewed me was uninterested and going through the motions.

Applied online via Linkedin had two interviews with the Hiring Manager and then with their Director, it was an okay process. I didn't make it passed the second interview, they wanted to make sure I was happy to work in a VERY demanding role with monthly targets.
