Interview
Applied online, followed-up with recruiter on LinkedIn & got a response, and set up a time for the initial screen (but not a interview). The part of the process moved along quickly, faster than I'm used to, so I thought things were off to a good start but ultimately they did not move me forward.

Interview
The first interview was with a recruiter and it went well she had a bit of and ego but nothing to crazy. 2nd interview was great met with the SDR manager he asked tons of questions and was super engaged. The 3rd round was with the same SDR manager and the Director of sales development and this call was an assignment review and role play and the Director of sales couldn’t have seemed and more uninterested during the interview he asked me a total of 0 questions other than what I had for him. It definitely seemed as if I was given the interview out of curiosity and he had already made up his mind on a candidate.
Smooth, casual and fast. Met great people and had the chance to shine. Very responsive team. Interesting tasks, no weird HR questions and very transparent process. Smooth, casual and fast.
