Deel interview questions

I just had one interview but I didn't pass to the next step in the proccess when I told the interviewer that I wasn't willing to work outside my workable hours. They asked me if it would be okay for me to work in a "flexible" time more specifically after my regular schedule. I said no, then they said "thanks for coming"

It has three steps. Screen call, second interview, task with video simulating call.Another task with possible customer and creating templates. Not great communication at first but then they managed it better.
