Interview
The first round was an interview converstion with a sales manager and she let me know we would be moving forward ASAP as I was a great fit for this role. Keep in mind her nearest cal availabilkity was 2 weeks after I was asked to simply meet her first. Their next availability for the demo was over 2 weeks out again so one month for 2 interviews is a lot. As this was so far out I spent hours preparing and then was told they hired someone else in the meantime which was a very disapointing hiring experience for a company that prides themselves on a great sales hiring experience.
The first interview was quite generic, consisting of basic questions. In the second interview, the questions were still basic, but there was a focus on topics related to the position. Despite having prepared several questions myself, I only had the opportunity to ask one. Although I have understood that I would advance to the next stage (an interview with manager), I ultimately received a standard rejection notice stating that they had chosen candidates who closely matched the requirements of the role.

Interview
Personally, I wouldn’t waste your time interviewing here. The process took about 2 months and ended with them saying they were starting their search from scratch and they had no feedback, even with a take home activity. The team is also not transparent about salary bands during the interview process. They are a young company so hopefully they improve with time.
