- HR interview
Concise and focused, yet the interviewer's seriousness gave me the impression that they were looking for someone to work under extremely demanding conditions.
- Take home test
Need to develop several APIs in Node.js, integrated with an SQLite database. This includes managing transactions and locking mechanisms, which are not extensively supported by SQLite.
- Technical round
The vibe from this interview was similar to the HR interview, but intensified. The interviewer came across as sarcastic, focusing on open-ended, discussion-based questions. My responses were concise, emphasizing aspects I believed were most relevant to the development process. However, the interviewer often diverted the conversation to points I hadn't mentioned, rather than facilitating a more constructive dialogue. Additionally, due to the interviewer's limited proficiency in English, communication was challenging. Despite my efforts to discuss topics like ACID properties, my points were initially dismissed, only for the interviewer to later address those very points himself.
I confidently handled the queries and problem-solving questions, demonstrating full competency in those areas. Nevertheless, midway through the interview, I sensed that working in this team might not allow me to maintain my mental well-being. I think it was a good interview to fail.

- Employee and Department and with 1 to many relation

- Write a query to display all the departments having having no employee assigned w.r.t many to many relation.
The process involve several steps, but everything happened quite quickly. Although, the first screening call was with an internal recruiter who didn't even know who I was, he seemed quite stressed.
On my final interviews with my potential stakeholders I felt that they were not interested at all and they were not briefed on who I was, why I made it to the last stage.
After 6 interviews, I had to chase the recruiter to know wether I was successful or not. He said that the team liked me and to keep waiting. After 3 weeks and chasing the recruiter again I got an answer that the role was cancelled.
Are asked to complete an assignment for free work then they don't have the decency to give you a formal interview. The assignment should be given after a few rounds other wise you are taking intellectual property.
