Deel interview questions

Really bad experience. They rescheduled the initial call five times, often canceling at the last moment. When the call finally happened, the HR appeared 9 minutes late, and I was about to drop off. Their behavior was rude and unprofessional, directly asking if I could work long hours, including weekends. It felt like they had no respect for my time or boundaries.

The interview process was pretty standard and contains 5 steps including a few interviews and exercise and a presentation, but my experience was a bit unusual as the company already made an offer to the candidate by the time I got to the Hiring Manager interview. However, after a short break they found another role for me so I could continue the process to the end. The interviewers were nice and seemed approachable and respectful. I had a great experience speaking with everyone. Despite receiving positive feedback during the process, I was not made an offer which was somewhat disappointing.
