Interview
first round with staffing, CV related questions; after a few days, received home task, and arrange for pannel interview. present your homestask to pannels.
After the 1st round interview, I was asked to prepare a home task and arrange next round interview in the system, however, there are no time slot available in the system, i emailed back to HR several time without reply. After more than a week, I finally received email from HR and confirmed the panel interview time via email.
During the panel interview, it seems like both interviewers have decided with another candidate and they need to go through the entire process just for the sake of doing it. they show no interests in what I prepared and presented, very few questions asked to me regarding my past experience and how i am going to do in the new role.
After the panel interview, silent again for more than a week, then got the email from HR requesting Google meet, it turns out that the HR rejected me via video call.
I do appreciate with the staffing manager's kindness but the whole process is a little bit unusual.

Interview
Recruiter didn’t really read my CV just the headings. Asked about my experience in a scaling up e environment and just concluded in 10 minutes that it was not enough.
Initially submitted my CV and then received a response within 1 working day which was exceptionally fast. The job looked perfect for me as it's a fully compliant way to work remotely in the EMEA area. Unfortunately on reading the email I realised that I wasn't successful but I will try again for another role as this company seems perfect for me!
