The hiring process at Deel takes an average of 5 days when considering 2 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Backend Engineer had the quickest hiring process (on average 5 days), whereas Backend Engineer roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 5 days).
First there’s an interview with a recruiter where he asks basic questions regarding previous experience.
The second stage it with managers. They pay a lot of attention to whether you’re a good culture fit.
This was the worst interview I have ever experienced. I wasn't even asked about my past job experience or who I am at all. I basically got a 30 minute rundown of the amount of days off and the benefits. I immediately started to question how they ensure people are qualified for a role if the recruiter doesn't ask any questions. I did not get a 2nd interview which was expected due to not having 1 question to answer that was relevant. Very unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth about the company.
