Interview
1. Introduce ourself to interviewer
2. Describe about current works, specially communication with clients
3. How to process working
4. How to commitment and work on time schedule sent to clients
Deel asks for the typical take home task. They give you a list of requirements and then a vague description that going above and beyond what they ask will be seen as positive (but not required). This last part is a complete lie as only solving what is asked will net you a rejection with an explanation that you did not do additional work to demonstrate your seniority. They expect you to waste your time.

Question 1
Take home task asking to build an API with certain endpoints. Additional work other than API is supposedly optional but in reality it is not. Waste as much time on this as possible if you wish to work for them and even them an offer is not guaranteed. They will not value your time.

Interview
Good but when I didn't pass to the next round they ghosted me and didn't give feedback - which was not something I encourage or expect from companies after I passed to the final round
