the interview process is long and drawn out, the promoters will ghost you and keep you waiting for weeks before you hear any feedback. I recommend that that the recruiters get their act in line.

I applied through employee referral in Jan 22 after which there were 2 telephonic rounds with HR to discuss my current job profile and salary and my expectations. The main interview was conducted in Feb 22. The interview went very well and I was told that the HR will connect with me. It's been over a month now and my still waiting for a response from the HR.

2) 1:1 mit HR
3) Talent Day mit weiteren Interviews, case studies (einzeln und in gruppe) und Feedback Runden.
Die Interviews waren Zielorientiert, jedoch in einem angenehmen Umfeld.
