In person assessment. We were given a laptop, pen and pencil. The first session was individual assessment, with the hiring team in the same room to help with technical issues. There were numerical questions, followed by writing assessment. Then a 15 min break. The second session was group discussion. Both sessions were straightforward. Heard back within 2 weeks.
