EY Business Consultant interview questions

Initial phone screen interview with the recruiter, 2 case interviews with partners - 1 is the first round and the 2nd one is the final round. Before each case interview there is a section for behavioral questions

It was a one month process for four stages of interview from team to Partner level. They asked analytical questions and assessed past experience and relevance to current role. They also wanted to understand technical skillsets and appreciate more of specialised skillsets as opposed to generalist but this can differ from each interviewer and project requirements.
