Interview

The process was very smooth. They interviewed on campus, then brought people in for super days at the office. The super day consisted of 3 interviews - 2 behavioral and 1 case study. Everyone I met was very nice and excited for the applicants to be there. They place you with a recent hire to take you to each interview, which helped ease nerves and make the transitions run more smoothly. They followed up about a week after the super day with a phone call to tell me about the offer.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (McLean, VA) in Oct 2014

Interview

Two rounds of interviews. First round on campus. Second round office visit with two interviews with two different partners. All behavior interviews. Went through resumes and had some follow up questions. All interviewers were very friendly and all interview questions are pretty straight forward and easy. Be passionate and be yourself. Recruiters as well as hosts/greeters are very friendly and helpful.

Interview

Straightforward assessment session including group activity, simple aptitude test and one hour X 2 interviews with directors and partners. Focus on current business issues, behavioral questions. Good lunch provided, plenty of time to reflect on the day. Good level of information provided in relation to different service lines offered.
