EY Manager interview questions

First, contact with an HR by email requesting a 20 minutes call. Second, contacted to schedule a 30 minutes call with a professional. The professional asked me to reschedule at the last minute. After two weeks and a follow-up with HR, a meeting was requested. Again the interviewer asked me to reschedule the meeting. The 3rd meeting was very awkward and the interviewer looks not be interesting and appear to be multitasking. It very difficult to talk about my skills and experience in a 1:1 meeting if the other person doesn't interact with you. It was clear that the professional was not interested. All this process took 2 months.

3 rounds: one soft skills,one case study and one final interview with a partner. Soft skills was very easy-interviewer told me to please “give her lots of examples” because “HR required her to fill in this form”...made the first interview seem very juvenile.
