I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Wilton, CT) in Apr 2016
Interview
I am still in the interview process but the process involves a first face-to-face interview with a recruiter, then a second interview in a branch location with a manager where you are able to observe some of the daily operations and learn more about Enterprise, and then finally there is a 1 hour branch observation which is followed by a third round interview.

Interview
The interview process took about 4 weeks from the initial online application to the face to face interview. First it was an online application, then a phone interview, then a 1-2-1 face to face interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The 1-2-1 interview was very sales driven, and very leadership driven (as you would imagine) so make sure you have lots of examples to explain, when/how/who have you led, and how did you overcome certain problems. Also, have examples ready about sales techniques, targets, and how you would sell the Enterprise rent-a-car product?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (West Palm Beach, FL) in Apr 2016
Interview
3 part interview process, first interview was with the talent acquisition manager, second with branch and area manager and third was with regional VP. The process for me was very easy, I would advise anyone to please prepare before going into the interview. Many STAR questions are used during the interviewing process.
