Once you arrive at the office, fill up your the info sheet, the nice lady at the front desk hands you a couple catalogs about the company policies, revenues, etc. Once you done, you meet someone for the HR Dept, my interview was what I expected for a big company such as Enterprise. Typical questions where asked and once you're done, they shake your hand a tell you they will let you know soon. Normal process, great team, and overall great experience. I did not get an offer because as a non-resident citizen, the company does not offer sponsorship.

Once I sent out my application, I received an confirmation email within seconds stating one of the representatives will contact me for a phone interview. After 3 days, the rep scheduled me for a phone interview through an email. The phone interview lasted 10-15 minutes. The rep was very friendly and the interview questions were basic questions. The rep let me know the annual salary as well as how the interview process works. After the phone interview, there are two face to face interview.
