Interview
Online webinar with other potential employees and 3 hour online assesment thats similar to an IQ test. No need to study for either of these, just listen to presenters experiences and take the assessment as you can.
I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Feb 2026
Interview
Initial application - resume & cover letter
Assessments - 4+ hours, personality assessment, coding assessment, logic assessment
Initial meeting about the role - 30 mins
Actual interview - 4+ hours; Software demo for 1 hr, Role descriptions for 2 hrs, Group scenario for 1 hr, Individual presentation 15 mins, Individual interview 30-45mins
Easily the biggest waste of time for any job interview I've ever done. They start with REQUIRING a session where you attend a zoom call with a bunch of people also interviewing to hear about the role. Except they don't tell you important stuff like what the roles pays or what benefits are available. When I asked about flexibility they compared workers who ask for flexibility to "burger flippers". Next was a ridiculous set of 4 quizzes, with questions that have absolutely NOTHING to do with the role. Why am I being asked questions about development for a non-development role? Why am I being asked to solve math problems that have nothing to do with what a day to day job looks like? Waste of time.

Question 1
Lots of math questions, like something to the effect of how to budget a $50,000 bank account and $10,000 cash for payroll and buying a bunch of computers.
