I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview is broken into three parts. The first is a phone interview, where they asked questions based on your resume and previous experience. This was very relaxed. Next, they set up an online skills assessment, which was broken into two parts - Logic, and Programming. The Logic section tests your ability to learn new programming languages on the fly, and is very easy. The programming section consisted of 4 challenging questions. I was recently contacted to set up an onsite interview, which I will attend next week. From what I hear, this is casual as well.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Jan 2015
Interview
Submitted my resume to Epic at a Career Fair although I did not really bother to talk to them. They got back to me a couple months after, when i forgot about them entirely. Scheduled a phone interview and got passed that. Next step was to take an online assessment. A week later, I was notified that they were moving onto to other candidates.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in May 2015
Interview
Applied online and was contacted almost immediately to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and consisted mostly of a current employee in the same position further describing the position and culture at Epic. A day later I was instructed to take a personality test and skills assessment test. I was told a week later that they were going to move forward with other candidates :(
